Name
[edit]Why is the building named Terry Hutchens and when was it given this name? https://npgallery.nps.gov/pdfhost/docs/nrhp/text/80000715.pdf says that it used to be known as the Tennessee Valley Bank building but does not explain why and why the name was changed.
https://npgallery.nps.gov/NRHP/AssetDetail?assetID=2963e8b6-9eb5-4f76-b0c6-3d99370ce045 has a photo from October 1978 that identifies it as the Terry Hutchens Building, indicating the name change was prior to the 2002 conversion to condominiums. That page has another photo that appears to be from the 1950s. Unfortunately, its caption is not readable. --Marc Kupper|talk 22:49, 3 January 2020 (UTC)
