The very least this table needs is an explanation of what "with reservations" actually means. If it means what I think it means, the UK entry is wrong anyway, as the UK (and the crown dependencies) all operate a derogation from Article 5. --87.244.65.69 (talk) 10:13, 9 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
