Removing "Not Notable" Template

Elmer has won several awards for her work at KFBK (as noted in the article) and KFI, (ref WP:BIO), and has made a prolific contributions to a field of radio journalism, serving as an anchor on the most listened-to radio station in the second largest radio market in the United States for nearly twenty years.
