I added the publishing history section but did not note as much as I would have liked because I cannot source the material so I am unsure of how accurate it is. I believe that this book was self published with Cloak & Dagger Press but have found little information on them. It then went on to be published by Atria Press, which I assumed was the Simon & Schuster Imprint. However, Atria's company profile says that they were founded in 2002 - after the second first edition. It was then published for a third time as a first edition by Atria. It would be helpful if anyone knew if Atria Press was indeed a separate entity from the S&S imprint Atria. JesseMSmith (talk) 06:12, 29 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
