Close paraphrasing

As a reviewer, I seriously erred in moving this, as is, from AfC to article space. I've tagged it accordingly. I'm sure the article creator will want to rewrite passages that have been copied verbatim from the references, and I will help. I have downgraded the assessment to start class, as well.
