== installation of pegs ==[1] All the pictures show the tent pegs driven at an angle. This is contrary to good engineering practice in the commercial tent industry. Pegs should be driven vertically.

Why does an article about tent pegs have 8 (eight!) images to illustrate what it is? 41.174.17.9 (talk) 22:25, 23 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hammering Depth

[edit]

In the various images of pegs on this page, non of them are hammered in properly (but appear to have the guys tensioned). Is this intentional (so people can better see the pegs) or does someone not know how to put a tent up? I'm slightly concerned that people who know nothing about tents will think that an adequate depth of hammering and get in trouble when they encounter winds..! eyeball226 (talk) 23:57, 7 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Delta Dog Leg Pegs

[edit]

This part of the article reads like an advert - I believe this is against Wikipedia policy and it should be rewritten in a more neutral manner and it should not mention the manufacturer's name (Delta) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 151.228.156.103 (talk) 20:29, 27 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
