I guess pork tenderloin sandwich should probably have it's own page. The idea is referenced from the Cuisine of the Midwestern United States page.

They are related to Chicken Fried Steak, and Tonkatsu. In this case it is pork tenderloin steaks pounded out with a hammer or run through a meat tenderizer machine, then breaded and deep fried. Put it on a bun with some ketchup, mustard, pickles or whatever, served with french fries or onion rings. Yum!

I grew up in Iowa, and a good tenderloin can't be beat... I understand they are regional to Indiana, Illinios, Iowa in the US. It's making me hungry for one just thinking about it.
