I removed an automated message from VWBot because all content of the website http://tendjiz.com is in the public domain. As it says on the bottom line of all pages of http://tendjiz.com — Preceding unsigned comment added by Doremix (talkcontribs) 19:00, August 10, 2012

There is a copyright notice at the very top of the page, (c) in the title. May we also assume that the music on the page is in the public domain? There are instructions on how to release the material for use on Wiki, that still protects the copyright of the music. It's not unambiguous, which is why I tagged it for investigation rather than speedy deletion. Regards, GregJackP Boomer! 02:23, 11 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your response, Greg. I contacted the owner of the website and asked for permission to use the text from the website. According to the Wikipedia instructions, he put the "The text of this page is released under the Creative Commons Zero Waiver 1.0" note on the page and removed the copyright notice from the top. Once it shows up on the page, it should take care of the issue (as of 3 minutes ago, it wasn't there). Once that happens, an admin, clerk or OTRS agent will take care of the copyvio notice (they are the only ones that are allowed to remove the tag). It's weird because I just checked the website in different browsers, and it looks updated. Could you please refresh your browser's cache and check it out again? (Doremix (talk) 04:32, 12 August 2012 (UTC))[reply]

It's there now. All that is left is for an appropriate person to remove the copyvio tag - unfortunately neither of us are allowed to do that. GregJackP Boomer! 13:16, 12 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
