This article should be speedily deleted as the individual is not remarkable nor significant enough to deserve attention or to be recorded (See WP:BIO). The depth of coverage of Temesgen is not substantial and he is not unique in being arrested in Ethiopia for critiquing the government as thousands have been arrested. Speedy deletion tag was already removed by Pharaoh of the Wizards which is fair. You mistakenly removed the different proposal for deletion tag. Both Temesgen and his website are virtually unknown in Ethiopia and among its diaspora. Furthermore, he is not notable by standard Wikipedia conventions. "If reliable sources cover a person only in the context of a single event, and if that person otherwise remains, or is likely to remain, a low-profile individual, we should generally avoid having a biographical article on that individual" (WP:SUSTAINED). Just because he was briefly mentioned 5 years ago for being arrested and released does not make him notable in the eyes of those NGOs or among Ethiopians in general. Lastly, both Temesgen's article and Feteh were made by the same user Khazar2 so I don't think saying his small newspaper is Wikipedia-notable newspaper makes much sense. Object to proposed deletion (PROD). Wikipedia:Proposed deletion - "Proposed deletion (PROD) ... may only be placed on a page a single time. Any editor (including the article's creator or the file's uploader) may object to the deletion by simply removing the tag; this action permanently cancels the proposed deletion via PROD." I will now remove the PROD tag, as per the instruction visible in the article, which says, "You may remove this message if you improve the article or otherwise object to deletion for any reason." The claim (above) that Temesgen is "virtually unknown in Ethiopia" is inconsistent with the sourced content of the article: the government knows so much about Temesgen that it prosecuted him for his journalism and imprisoned him. The Ethiopian government is part of Ethiopian society. So the sources say that Ethiopia (the state of Ethiopia, at least) considers Temesgen so important that 41 lawsuits were filed against him, he was imprisoned for three years, his newspaper was closed, and he was re-arrested in March 2018. For notability, the article is updated with secondary sources such as reports by the U.S. Department of State, Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, and other news sources such as the CPJ and the VOA.
