LEMS?

[edit]

I searched the web quite thoroughly and found that LEMS stands for Low Emission Mobile System. However, other than it being used by suntel, and a note that it is a technology based on Erricson devices and hardware I found no other mention. Maybe someone can shed light on the subject on the future --Muhandes (talk) 07:33, 17 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Question about landline number routing to mobile number

[edit]

I have to create phone bills in Germany for customers calling numbers in Romania. When I get a number starting with 004026, according to this page, that is a landline number ("landline numbers starting with 02"). But our telephone provider says that the number is routing to "Romania Mobile Telemobil", and therefore charges more for the call to a mobile number. Can anyone give insight on this? Does "Romania Mobile Telemobil" also offer landline numbers? Or is the rule of "02 => landline" not so much enforced anymore Tpokorra (talk) 08:44, 3 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
