Trunk prefix

It seems that the 029 prefix is allocated to Telstra Clear not Vodafone according to the Telecom site http://www2.telecom.co.nz/pdf/charging&numbering/s5jul02.pdf

Surely the continent is Zealandia as opposed to Oceana which is the region. I'm sure this is a common mistake. Sorry don't have a reference, new to wikipediA.

Proposed area codes section

I've taken the liberty of removing the "proposed area codes" section as it seems impossible in context of the rest of the article. For example there can't be a proposed area code 2 as that prefix is largely accounted for by mobile networks. It could possibly have been a suggestion from some time in the 1980s in which case it may be of slight interest as a 'first draft' but with no source or reference I can't check that.
