My edit
[edit]OK, User:Til Eulenspiegel, we'll bring it here, but your point-blank reversion of an external editor trying to improve an article, and then dismissing their concerns as "harassment", is incredibly concerning and unbecoming of an experienced editor. Did you actually check my edit at all? There were multiple grammatical and spelling fixes, some formatting tweaks, and removal of - yes - non-neutral terminology. Exactly what was wrong with it? This is my edit, by the way. Lukeno94 (tell Luke off here) 20:56, 20 July 2013 (UTC)
- I suppose that you object to referring to Fascist Italy's attack on Ethiopia with raining exterminating mustard gas that was banned by world treaty as being by "Fascist Italy" as "not neutral"? Or just what are you implying was not neutral about all the other valid information you wholesale removed? Til Eulenspiegel /talk/ 21:00, 20 July 2013 (UTC)
- Thought so, you simply haven't read my edit properly whatsoever. The correct process would've been to reinstate the bits you had issues with, not point-blank revert. I fail to see the need to include "Fascist" in the Italy bit - it's not neutral or required. There's no need to list every organization that helped Ethiopia in a BLP. "effectively making him the country's overall Monetary and Finance chief" is unsourced and biased. So, Til, exactly what in this is "wholesale removal"? Because that's a downright misappropriation of my edit. Lukeno94 (tell Luke off here) 21:03, 20 July 2013 (UTC)
- I didn't see any worthwhile changes that were worth my wading through and sorting them out. You mostly deleted a lot of information. And what do you think "Finance Minister" means? Fascist Italy is absolutely the correct term, the genocide was not done by contemporary Italy, but by Mussolini's government. Til Eulenspiegel /talk/ 21:08, 20 July 2013 (UTC)
- Apart from several grammatical fixes and a couple of spelling ones? Hmm. I'm unsubscribing from this; you're clearly not going to work collaboratively. Lukeno94 (tell Luke off here) 21:09, 20 July 2013 (UTC)
- I'm sure you would normally be leaving this article alone entirely if you weren't out trying to prove some kind of "point" after seeing the ANI. Til Eulenspiegel /talk/ 21:12, 20 July 2013 (UTC)
