Someone noted in the teahouse that this article contained an enormous chunk of text that was basically taken from the court papers, but it wasn't quite verbatim, which didn't seem appropriate (quotes must be exactly what they quote). In any case, as an encyclopaedia, it's not our job to mirror court papers, it's our job to write encyclopaedic articles that appeal to a wider readership by summarising and precising information. For this reason, I've cut out the quote and replaced it with a simple summary. I've also tried to clarify some other sections. I have removed the analysis section because although it's probably correct, it was not referenced with any supporting sources. We cannot have information here that comes from the head of the editor who wrote it; everything must be sourced to someone else. Please do put an analysis section back, if you can find an appropriate reference. The article needs referencing in general; I have added a template to that effect.
