TSIs are not in any sense the property of ERA, therefore ERA should not be used preceding the term. ERA is mandated to draft TSIs, so ERA only prepares proposals. The TSIs are in fact decisions from the Commission. These decisions are taken after consultation of the representatives of Member States in the so called RIS Committee. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.206.65.68 (talk)

There are lots of technical specifications, and lots of them are for interoperability. We need the prefix not to specify ownership, but to distinguish it by its area of application. The reference page has ERA's logo on the top of the page. --Alvestrand (talk) 17:01, 12 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
