Suffer The Children/Pale Shelter(1)
[edit]These two songs were featured on "The Hurting" and therefore they cannot be considered "non-album tracks". Yes, I know that they were released some time before The Hurting was released and that the versions on the album are different - but they are still on the album regardless. As further examples, "Mother's Talk" was released 6 months before SFTBC came out and the album version was extended...that does not make the single a "non-album track". The single version of "I Believe" was a completely re-recorded version of the one on the album, but that does not make it a "non-album track" either. The single version of "Closest Thing To Heaven" is different to the album version, but that doesn't mean it was a "non-album track", etc, etc. In fact, I think most TFF singles vary to some extent from the album versions. Differences between singles and album versions are common practice with many artists. MassassiUK 20:33, 16 September 2007 (UTC)
Worldwide album sales
[edit]There seems to be a lot of guesswork going on with the worldwide sales, and so totals should be considered strictly as estimates and not official figures.
Furthermore, The Big Chair album has not sold anywhere near 15 million copies (somebody even tried to report it as 18 million, which is ludicrous). By the end of the 1980s it stood at 8 million and it is now in the region of 10 million (5m in the US, 1m in the UK, both of which are certified amounts, and the remaining 4m around the world).
Fair use rationale for Image:TearsForFearsElemental.jpg
[edit]Image:TearsForFearsElemental.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 04:07, 6 June 2007 (UTC)

modern rock charts
[edit]the modern rock charts need to be added
- The Modern Rock chart is a component chart and should not be added unless a single did not appear on the main chart (such as the Billboard 100). Since TFF only had one single that charted like this (Laid So Low), it isn't worth adding a whole column for it. A footnote has already been added to the chart table to highlight this though. 80.47.26.88 (talk) 08:57, 20 April 2010 (UTC)
Hi. If anyone is interested I have requested for feedback over the current intro to this article because I feel it's not appropriate, it's not accurate, is poorly written and is too short as an intro for a discography. I, along with 3 other editors felt that another better written intro was good, however a persistent IP (who is known to use multiple IP numbers to edit this article) kept reverting endlessly to the current poorly written intro. Thanks! Caden cool 07:27, 22 April 2010 (UTC)
- Sorry Caden, but I can't see anything wrong with the current intro. As another editor has pointed out to you at WT:DISCOG, its actually your version of the intro that has the inaccuracies and is at fault. 88.104.31.53 (talk) 13:29, 4 June 2010 (UTC)
