Claim

How is he a claimant and by whom is he recognized by? The follower of Joinville Pomare and Leopold Pomare, the descendants of the Pomare Dynasty don't support this. Is he even a descendant of the Pomare dynasty?--KAVEBEAR (talk) 06:50, 7 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

He is descendant of the brother of the husband of Queen Pomare IV. I thought I recognized the name Mairau.--KAVEBEAR (talk) 06:55, 7 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Did he have issue?

The article makes no mention of whether or not he had issue. As is often the case with such claimants, having legitimate issue may figure in future claims. If anyone could add that info, it would be appreciated. Bricology (talk) 17:04, 17 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
