Exactly what is the response and what 'increases'?

[edit]

Is the response, that the pupil grows or shrinks?

It says 'it increases', what increases? The size of the pupil? If not what then, and how is this measured.

Could be great with an example like, "One example where this can be observed is when a person gets startled and the pupils grow". Or shrink, I don't know.

"task-evoked" - "task-invoked"

[edit]

I have to read this paper talking about "task-evoked". This article uses "task-invoked". Is that the same? (not a native speaker).

All sources of literature I have seen refer to it as "task-evoked" so I believe we should be using that phrasing. However, I am not entirely sure how to change the title. Harshjoy46 (talk) 14:47, 11 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Large expansion of this topic.

[edit]

I have expanded this topic by adding findings from academic literature from several perspectives. This was achieved by using academic reviews. Furthermore, I have added the biological reasoning behind this effect as well as its reliability in the field and lab. This is my first attempt to edit anything on Wikipedia so please let me know if I have made a mistake or need to improve anything.Harshjoy46 (talk) 03:59, 13 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
