Copy changes

• Unwind the contraction "couldn't"
• Consider reordering some stuff around "Tanjong Rhu station is a designated Civil Defence Shelter and has a colour scheme of grey, white and brown." because that's a bit of a non-sequitur thematically.
• Render World War I with a Roman numeral and not the Arabic 1
