There are documents which recorded Tanasko as servant of priest Leontije Lambros, but not very affirmative - he was not fighter, he even poisoned voivode Milan Orenović who was elected for Serb leader, there are other of his bad activities aimed against prominent Serb voivode in order to support Karadjordje as lord.
