Is or was?

Article has conflicting language - says "was a site" but also says it came back after being offline. So shouldn't it say that it IS a site? Other tone is used in present tense especially in the intro. So whole article should reflect that? 24.44.73.34 (talk) 11:57, 15 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The infobox says it’s currently offline. So it should be “was”. Article does say it came back, but it was online only briefly. --WikiLinuz {talk} 🍁 00:17, 20 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
