This page is not unambiguously promotional, because I'm a fan of this artist and I originally took the copy from her website, but after reviewing the guidelines created my own copy and added only cited facts about her career.
I have declined the speedy deletion, as I did not find it overtly promotional. However, editors are still able to nominate it for a deletion discussion if they want to challenge my decision, and I'm not sure it would survive in its current state. Its good that it was written in accordance to what third party reliable sources say, but there also needs to be "significant coverage" of her. Most of the sources given barely dedicate a sentence to her, which usually counts as a "passing mention". You'll need to find sources that cover her in more detail. (Like articles dedicated to her entirely, or sources that dedicate more like a few paragraphs to her. Otherwise, they may say she fails the WP:GNG and her article would be deleted.
