New enough, long enough, neutrally written, adequately referenced, no close paraphrasing seen. No QPQ needed for nominator with less than 5 DYK credits. The hook, though, is long and repetitive ("meditation"..."meditation") and uninteresting to someone who has no idea who she is (like me).
