there seems to be a bit of a confusion with the release dates, it's not just October 24, as follows here are the other release dates for different countries stated on Axel's website:

   * Germany / Austria / Switzerland - October 24th, 2008
   * Europe - October 27th, 2008
   * Spain / Portugal / France / UK - November 3rd
   * USA - November 4th, 2008
