Suggest merging this article into Takagawa Kaku

The article of Takagawa Kaku had existed before. And Takagawa Kaku is the player's name. Shukaku is his name for honinbo, properly called as Honinbo Shukaku. The Japanese version is named as "高川格", i.e., Takagawa Kaku. This name has been used more often. So I suggest merging Takagawa Shukaku into Takagawa Kaku.
