I don't really understand why "the tunnel's potential for aggressive military use remains a concern to Taiwan" because if anyone tried to attack the other side through the tunnel, all the defending side had to do is just closing the tunnel, then the attacking side would have no way to run. Has anyone heard about attacks through a undersea tunnel before? This kind of concern seems just ridiculous to me. In my opinion it is not a reason to kill an articel just because is sourced by 404s. The better method would be to find actual material to the topic and improve the article.
