[edit]I see that this page has been deleted a few times for copyright violation. Good call. However, I wrote from memory after reading Ohno's own book, so I have not copied anything. At worst, I may have some details wrong. This may belong in Wiktionary - if you move it there, please correct the links at the Ohno disambiguation and under Kanban.
