Fix up the page

I would love to fix up the page, and once Internet links become available (which I expect to be soon,) I will provide them. As of now, the info comes from material published locally (I am a Taichung resident) and with what I just saw a few hours ago. I will post a photo I took this morning within the next couple of days.

How do I "categorize" a page? I have never done that before.
