Tahir Hussain (activist) → Tahir Hussain (councillor) – No media source describe his an activist, his primary reason for notability was his involvement in the 2020 Delhi riots, since the matter is subjudice, it's best to describe him as a councillor rather than an activist, it also fits with the WP:RS's descriptions.
