[edit]I don't think this article needs to be blanked, but it would be appreciated if it could be rewritten entirely to avoid using the words of the U.N. press release. While the facts of Lieutenant General Tesfay's life are not copyrighted, their presentation and structure are. Unfortunately, the U.N.'s declaration of consent to reuse their content does not allow for its commercial use, and this stipulation is incompatible with Wikipedia's licensing. Therefore unless the U.N. wants to donate its copyrighted material, the words of the U.N. press release may not be used.
