Help?!
[edit]Tadao Takashima passed away today, so I tried to add his death date, but every time I edit the page, it removes most of the content of the article. I accidentally published it without knowing, so now a lot of the article is gone, but even when I try to edit previous revisions, it still deletes a lot of the text. I'm so confused. Help, please???? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Myforce2001 (talk • contribs) 04:28, 28 June 2019 (UTC)
edit: Nevermind, I reverted it by copy-pasting from the comparison section, but I'm still confused. Does anyone know what caused it to happen? Myforce2001 (talk) 04:36, 28 June 2019 (UTC)
- @Myforce2001: You might have experienced an edit conflict? That can sometimes delete content, and articles on people whose deaths have just been announced tend to be very highly edited until the subject's status has been updated. Espresso Addict (talk) 08:22, 30 June 2019 (UTC)
