Mobility-Plus walk in showers
[edit]This company is advertised as being a good product. However, there are numerous reviews on trustpilot which say otherwise. My godmother,of 83 years old, has suffered at the hands of this company. She has a very noisy pump, which her neighbours are now complaining about every time she has a shower, the lights are so bright in her bathroom she has to use the hallway light instead of turning on the light in the bathroom when she has a shower. And the promised £500 is still outstanding three weeks later. Do any of your readers have the same sort of issues. We have tried contacting them and although they have said they will send someone out no one has come to date. My godmother has been left anxious and depressed about the whole saga. She spent twice the going rate because she thought she’d get the best product and service. it seems to me that you should not allow them to promote themselves in you magazine. Have any of your other readers had a similar experience? 2A00:23C7:A351:D801:AD0A:C51C:CFBD:8226 (talk) 09:38, 11 November 2022 (UTC)
