Dates
[edit]a lot of the information here reagarding the years the shows were on are wrong.
I know, I recently came across the article and discovered that as well. Quite contradictory, considering the block began in 2001. (It stated later on in the introductory paragraph it began in 2003...) I think someone must have been unsure of the dates the show screened on TEENick and just placed the series' original run in its place.. I don't exactly know, because I live in Australia and can't watch Nickelodeon in the US nor the TEENick programming block.. (Obviously, lol) I will try to find out info about it though... ;) 210.50.189.42 07:12, 23 January 2007 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:Nick teen.gif
[edit]Image:Nick teen.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Children VS. Teens
[edit]You can't say its aimed toward teens aged 12-17 for one aged twelve is not a teen. its better to say children ages 12-17 beacause all are children. so please stop doing this. Later! --Mr. Comedian (talk) 00:06, 13 December 2007 (UTC)
- Once puberty sets in, a teenage is a young adult full of hormones, not a child full of pranks * innocence. This can happen as early as 10.
dude, you are still are child until you are an adult. when your going through puberty you are still a child, you are just not a young child. and a ten year old hitting puberty, what the heck is in your chicken? it's possible but very unlikely. childhood is anything that happens before adulthood/maturity (which most teenagers are deffintly not). --Mr. Comedian (talk) 02:05, 17 March 2009 (UTC)
title of show
[edit]With the genie and the characters had Aussie accents? --Howard the Duck 12:05, 30 March 2008 (UTC)
- It's Genie in the House and why is it not there? --Howard the Duck 13:36, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
- They had English accents, not Australian ones. Unreal7 (talk) 18:39, 20 June 2012 (UTC)
Just Jordan
[edit]Is Just Jordan taking a break or is it cancelled? Is there proof by nickelodeon?--Wikialexdx (talk) 22:18, 27 September 2008 (UTC)
Reception?
[edit]Are their any reviews dating back to the switch from Snick to Teen Nick? How did the teens still watching Snick take the revamp? & the revamp of the whole channel? I know that people who stopped watching Nickelodeon for awhile came back & found everything that they knew & loved about Nickelodeon from Nick Jr. to Nick at Night has been flushed down the drain & replaced with wattered-down crap, not unlike the way many adults hold MTV in contempt from the dramatic changes that arouse in the mid 90s. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.160.77.255 (talk) 15:51, 10 November 2008 (UTC)
Move
[edit]I think this should be moved to TEENick, since this and the TeenNick channel are totally different. 99.19.95.52 (talk) 00:11, 16 April 2010 (UTC)
I agree. This page should be moved to that. Ichthyoid (talk) 02:45, 4 February 2012 (UTC)

Unnecessary disambiguation. Unreal7 (talk) 20:08, 12 June 2012 (UTC)
- Support. Normally I would suggest that our MOS:TM guidelines prohibit us from using the idiosyncratic capitalization scheme preferred by Nickelodeon, but both "TeeNick" and "Teenick" are clearly incorrect, and neither makes sense. This is one of those cases where we should ignore the rule and use the most recognizable form of the name. Powers T 21:14, 12 June 2012 (UTC)
