I'll review this article shortly.--Tomobe03 (talk) 14:09, 27 August 2013 (UTC)
- There is a single duplicate link in the article: MILGEM project. It should be removed per WP:OVERLINK Done
- As the overlink was the only entry, I have removed the See also section. QatarStarsLeague (talk) 15:32, 29 August 2013 (UTC)
- There are no disambiguation links in the article. (no action required) Done
- The article contains one dead link in ref 6 (globalsecurity) (http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/world/europe/milgem.htm). Can you replace the dead link with a new one please? Done
- The image used in the article is properly licenced and captioned. (no action required) Done
- Just as an FYI: There's this image available online and PD if you need an additional one later on. (no action required) Done
- The article employs a mix of date formats dmy (e.g. 22 January 2007) and mdy (e.g. November 2, 2010). Please select one and apply it consistently throughout. Done
- The article prose specifies range of 3,500 miles (5,600 km) - which makes the miles statute miles, while the infobox specifies 3,500 nautical miles. Please fix the discrepancy. Done
- The source offered (5 - Türk Deniz Kuvvetleri) to verify the info on the range (3,500 miles) contains no mention of 3,500 miles (except for submarines). Furthermore the source does not support many other pieces of info it is used to back up: ship's power rating, speed, range, endurance, crew size etc. I think there was some sort of mix-up with the sourcing here, please have a look. Done
- New reference. QatarStarsLeague (talk) 15:32, 29 August 2013 (UTC)
- Per MOS:SEEALSO the "See also" section should not repeat links already contained in the article - such as the Milgem class corvette in this case. Please remove the section. Done
- See above.
- Why not use {{convert}} templates for "12.7 millimeter" and "324 millimeter" measurements? Just add "adj=on" parameter (instead of abbr=off) to the end. Done
- The "History" section is missing info beyond commissioning (September 2011). I am aware that the ship is fairly new and there's little info available, but you could perhaps include information on its 2013 Mediterranean cruise. This site (also here) is not quite a reliable source (it's a blog) but you may find it useful to research the subject. Reportedly the deployment was the most significant (longest duration) for the ship and took it to Egypt (Alexandria [1]), Libya (Tripoli [2]), Algeria (Algeirs [3]), Tunisia (La Goulette [4]), Morocco (Casablanca [5]) and Albania (Durres [6]). Done
- I don't know if there is more than one naval shipyard in Turkey or not, but this source identifies the shipyard as "Tuzla naval shipyard". Done
- Tuzla is a suburban district of Istanbul.
- This source appears to attribute "Ghost of the Seas" nickname to the ship. Done
- Per WP:LEAD the lead should be a summary of the article. Right now, the summary contains info which is not found in the prose: specifically Ada-class designation, the fact that she's an ASW corvette and built as a part of the MILGEM project, as well as the the info on naming and launching date of the ship. All those should be added to the prose. Done
- There's a discrepancy between the prose and the infobox (besides the range info) regarding the maximum speed. The prose claims 29 kts, while the infobox specifies 30 kts instead. Done
- Reading the article used to source launching date, I found no reference there for the date given (except that the ship was undergoing sea trials since 2008 - quite unlike November 2010 mentioned by the article). Did I miss something, or could you provide another reference? Done
Interesting article overall.--Tomobe03 (talk) 12:53, 29 August 2013 (UTC)
- Could you please provide reference(s) for the last paragraph of the "Description" section.--Tomobe03 (talk) 15:54, 29 August 2013 (UTC) Done
- All clear. Passing now.--Tomobe03 (talk) 08:16, 1 September 2013 (UTC)
