Various issues

This article makes no claim to notability of its subject, and has only one reference other than to the web site of its subject. Moreover, the bulk of the article is a list of conditions without any context or explanation of why it is relevant. If this subject is in fact notable (which I am not sure about--the first few pages of hits on a Google search for "TAPR OHL" didn't appear to contain any "significant coverage"), the article needs significant improvement. TAPR

They claimed to not use copyrights / author rights law but I can't find a reference which law is used by this license and how this is legally bounding AlexandreDulaunoy (talk) 08:27, 30 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
