Nandan Nilekani

Two issues regarding references to the person:

The opening blurb mentions that, "It is headed by UIDAI chairman, Nandan Nilekani." However, as per Aadhaar > History > 2009-2014 he has resigned the post, so shouldn't this be updated to say, "former UIDAI chairman"?
If he heads/chairs the committee, how is he not in the list of members?
