White, not Choctaw
[edit]Osborn was the son of Mary E. Brown and Charles Richard Osborn. I don't see anyone in his family listed on the Dawes Rolls. Osborn and both of his parents are listed as White by the census. Bohemian Baltimore (talk) 10:56, 1 February 2023 (UTC)
