[edit]I happened to notice that, while t-bone points to the steak, the carefully uppercased T-Bone also did, which is curious, because it's unlikely that the average reader would go through the trouble of uppercasing that if they weren't looking for something specific.
Comparison of monthly page views between the hatnote and the disambiguation page shows that we actually had much more traffic at the list than at the primary redirect, so I moved it.
Deleted page history there also indicates that the earliest edit in 2005 was actually about a person, not the steak.
Mass views for T-Bone shows that there's a lot of interest in topics named T-Bone other than the steak.
Worst case, we still have a MOS:DABCOMMON listing of the steak at the top, so it'll be easy to revert in case people just click on that en masse.
