It would seem appropriate to insert a disambiguation page to wiki to allow readers to hit the SNOMED CT page rather than this one, as they are (IMHO) more likely to be looking for SNOMED CT

Obsolete information
[edit]This page refers exclusively to the older versions of SNOMED (pre-2002). These versions have all been unsupported by the owning organization (initially CAP and since 2007 the IHTSDO). From 2017 use of these old versions will be formally deprecated. All references to "SNOMED" should by default point to the SNOMED CT page as this page is misleading for the current supported and future versions of SNOMED. Since 2002 the axes mentioned here have been replaced by richer semantic structures with a polyhierarchy and description logic based definitions.
In addition, the historical expansion of SNOMED to "Systematized Nomenclature of Medicine" now only used in historical notes and is not (as suggested by this page) the name of the terminology. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ihtsdo dma (talk • contribs) 20:23, 3 December 2012 (UTC)
