[edit]I want to add that he served as Commander 7th Fleet from 31 May 1978 - 14 February 1980 using reference your own Wikipedia reference https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Seventh_Fleet as well as another source http://www.c7f.navy.mil/history.htm but don't seem to be able to edit it without breaking the page. If anybody can add these references for me, I would appreciate it.
