There's some sort of dispute going on over this society.

Clearly some people are very mad about what they consider mismanagement. Editors should remember core Wiki principles when editing, such as NPOV, especially if they are using a single purpose account. FPTI (talk) 04:52, 24 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Since late 2023 the page has being hijacked by critics of the association. Since then the page is being filled with criticsm, falsehoods and hersay designed to cast aspersion on the reputation of this association. 120.154.50.154 (talk) 06:48, 24 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
There is no mistake and the reversion was deliberate. The page that has been restored has many factual inaccuracies and needs to be rebuilt form the version it was returned to. Eg the ownership of rolling stock items added in is wrong, the reasons stated for moving to Junee is wrong, the criticism section is constructed to cause reputational damage. The tour section includes bus or train tours classification again to try to cause reputation damage over a train group running bus tours. Basically the restored page is defamatory. The creators of the critical content are not publishing it in their own names, they are seeking to be anonymous. There is no issue with relevant factual inclusions (which occurred prior to August 2023), but filling a public page with biased criticism and misinformation intended to cause reputational damage is an abuse of the principles of Wikipedia. Given the hostility evident in these attacks on SETS, the page either needs to be moved to amendments by approval or locked with only admin access. 120.154.50.154 (talk) 07:23, 24 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

The vast majority of that criticism section (now deleted by Cullen328) constituted original research - the sources don't cover the criticism. The sources are definitely not to the high standard required for a criticism section. To include criticism, the actual criticism needs to be reported in reliable sources, not primary sources.
