Record?

Just a quick question, Should the winner's time be listed as an Olympic Record or not? Qazox (talk) 05:21, 20 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It's not listed on the Beijing results page as a record, and as far as I know, there are no records kept for open water swimming - local conditions are huge factors in the speed of such races. Yboy83 (talk) 06:30, 20 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
