– There are at least 2 places called "Svinninge" in Denmark (WP:PDAB), see GeoNames and da:Svinninge (flertydig), the other being in Odsherred Municipality. I also don't think the one in Sweden is primary on the English Wikipedia since it gets less views [[1]] and has a lower population (1,636) than the one in Holbæk (2,790). "Svinninge" should become a DAB page with "Svinninge, Denmark" redirecting to it per WP:INCDAB. As noted at Talk:Hatting, Tyrol#Requested move 31 October 2018 we put the higher level diversion after a comma to show that its WP's way of showing that the higher level isn't part of the name, indeed sv:Norrö, Österåkers kommun is disambiguated with a comma.
