The STCRC was...The STCRC is...

The first paragraph of this article states that the STCRC ceased to operate on 30 June 2010.

The second paragraph of this article (and all following material) discuss the STCRC as a living, existing entity, without explanation.

Now, I don't know a thing about the STCRC, which makes my observation especially important, because I can't understand this article. Will someone please clarify this confusing ambiguity for the sake of future readers? Mousebelt (talk) 02:33, 24 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
