Birth place of Sushobhan Sarkar - reg.

As per Bengali Sansad Bengali Charitabhidhan published by Sahitya Sansad Kolkata :ISBN 978 - 81 - 7955-135-6 (Vol.I) page 826 the birth place is Contai in the district of Midnapore West Bengal. But sorry to note that it is mentioned Dhaka, Bangladesh.They hailed from their old place of residence at Sarisha near Diamond Harbour West Bengal. Please comment.
