Hi

I was putting in some detail for Lady Susan's husband the 6th Earl of Strathmore, when I thought I ought to check whether his wife was anybody.

Apparently she was, and what a story! I thought it was a good social history of the time so although quite a lot of the information comes only from one source and that one a little dubious (it is afterall a story of a romance), I've tried to keep the main details and preface with "it was said", with references.
