[edit]I just read the article and have no idea what the concept of surgency refers to. At all. I agree that this is an issue. This strange/extraneous information is in the third paragraph now, and I think it should be slated for removal. I didn't remove it myself to see if anyone thought it should be saved.Obliviblob (talk) 22:03, 26 September 2019 (UTC)
