Hello, this page has been out there a long time. Many links were dead and nothing was archived. What was to be a minor revision, in fact, became a major rewrite over several days instead as I found stories online that had not been cited before. I tried to be balanced, and tell the story only through what is still available online as published resource material 15 years later.
