[edit]Can you please not add those templates to Tottenham Hotspur F.C. a category maybe, but no templates as that is motor car related and only by name is it related to football. Thanks. Govvy (talk) 20:49, 31 August 2008 (UTC)
- It is now 2015 and this motor racing gimmick has disappeared after only four years. I may not be a Spurs fan but clearly Govvy could see into the future. Why was this sporting gimmick allowed to pollute totally unrelated football pages? Is there an official way to trigger a clean-up of the Superleague adverts from the footie pages? 86.10.167.123 (talk) 18:57, 9 June 2015 (UTC)
- Pollute? Harsh words considering clubs were officially involved. Agree it was a gimmick however. You want a method of "clean-up", is deletion not working for you? --Falcadore (talk) 20:01, 9 June 2015 (UTC)

[edit]Just a point, but SF doesn't HAVE a drivers' championship, so there can be no champion driver. Similarly, it has no constructors' championship, as there is only one constructor. -mattbuck (Talk) 21:39, 28 November 2008 (UTC)
- I agree. There isn't drivers' championship even though some sources may refer to the driver(s) of the winning club as champion. 91.155.227.6 (talk) 19:55, 10 November 2010 (UTC)
Missing Wikipedia Articles for Superleague Formula
[edit]I've added these to Wikipedia:Requested articles/Sports but it strikes me as a good idea to include them here too. If SLF is going to reach the standard of the IndyCar Series and A1 Grand Prix it needs its drivers and teams to be notable enough to have their own pages. This is a summary of the careers of some SLF participants and I'm hoping some of the more experienced creators of driver pages might do that with all of these:
Superleague Formula Drivers
[edit]- Jimmy Auby - 2008 test driver, drove for A1 Team Lebanon in the 2007-08 A1 Grand Prix season, drove in the 2007 Euroseries 3000 season
- Craig Dolby - 3 podiums/6th overall for R.S.C. Anderlecht in 2008, Tottenham Hotspur driver in 2009, Belgian Formula Renault champion in 2006
- Dominik Jackson - Tottenham Hotspur driver in 2008, drove in the 2005 3000 Pro Series season
- Bruce Jouanny - official SLF series test driver, multiple 24 Hours of Le Mans driver, drove in the Masters of Formula 3, drove in the 2003 World Series by Nissan season, 2004 World Series by Nissan season and the 2006 World Series by Renault season
- Stamatis Katsimis - Olympiacos CFP driver in 2008
- Jonathan Kennard - A.S. Roma driver in 2009, won the Formula Palmer Audi Series in 2004, drove in the 2005 British Formula Three season, the 2006 British Formula Three season and the 2007 British Formula Three season, drove in the 2009 International Formula Master season
- Dominick Muermans - Al Ain driver in 2008 and PSV Eindhoven in 2009, drove in the 2007 International Formula Master season, drove in the 2007 Champ Car Atlantic season and the 2008 Atlantic Championship season
- Pedro Petiz - Sporting CP driver in 2009, won the Renault Eurocup in 2007
- Daniel la Rosa - 2008 test driver, drove in the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters in 2006 and 2007, drove in the 2005 World Series by Renault season, drove in the 2003 Formula Three Euroseries season and the 2004 Formula Three Euroseries season
- Max Wissel - FC Basel 1893 driver in 2008 and 2009
Superleague Formula Teams
[edit]- Azerti Motorsport - multiple Grand Prix winner in the 2008 Superleague Formula season / 2009 Superleague Formula season, part of the Azerti Group [1]
- Barazi-Epsilon - 2009 Superleague Formula season / 2009 British Formula Three season / 24 Hours of Le Mans / Le Mans Series
- GTA Motor Competición - Grand Prix winner in the 2008 Superleague Formula season / 2007 Spanish Formula Three season / 2008 Spanish Formula Three season
- GU-Racing International - 2008 Superleague Formula season / 2009 Superleague Formula season / A1 Grand Prix / Formula Renault
- Scuderia Playteam (Scuderia Playteam Sarafree) - multiple Grand Prix winner in the 2008 Superleague Formula season / 2007 FIA GT Championship season / 2008 24 Hours of Le Mans
- Team West-Tec - 2008 Superleague Formula season / 2009 British Formula Three season / 2007 Spanish Formula Three season / 2008 Spanish Formula Three season / 2008–09 Speedcar Series season
I think there is enough information there to start organising the relevant pages. Officially Mr X (talk) 17:05, 1 July 2009 (UTC)

Race team Champion
[edit]The article lists "Race team Champions" but is there any source for this information? Superleague Formula site is all about Clubs' Championship and I couldn't find any mention of Race Teams' points. 91.155.227.6 (talk) 11:12, 10 November 2010 (UTC)
- This may help in your understanding of results. --Falcadore (talk) 02:47, 15 November 2010 (UTC)
- I checked your link. There's nothing about "race team champion". So, why those teams are listed as champions in this article? I'm sure it could be teams running the championship winning cars (that wouldn't make them "Race team Champions") but, for example, GU (listed as current champ) didn't run the Anderlecht car. 91.155.227.6 (talk) 20:22, 15 November 2010 (UTC)
- Then delete it. The power is yours to wield! --Falcadore (talk) 21:01, 15 November 2010 (UTC)
