Fansites

What's the problem with fansites being linked here? I have nothing to do with the fansite that you deleted, I just don't understand why fansites aren't allowed. Most TV shows have fansites linked. QueerScout.

I just went to look at that particular site, and it looked, quite frankly, awful and amateurish, with no content related to the show that I could see, just a few paragraphs of text about actors from it, and fully agree with the link deletion, most TV shows that have fansites linked have the main fansites linked, which provide decent show-related content (that I've seen) Sadisticality 17:40, 8 January 2006 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:700TITLE.jpg

Image:700TITLE.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use.
