The Cult Reference-Personal Plug

[edit]

The reference to The Cult's entirely different song seems like it is unrelated to the topic of the article. It isn't a cover, it's a different song. I removed it for now, if you add it back please give a valid reason. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.28.72.87 (talk) 01:48, 17 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Musical structure.

[edit]

The article says the song is in C, but Alan Pollack (http://www.icce.rug.nl/~soundscapes/DATABASES/AWP/sk.shtml) describes the song as having an E-C-E structure (which personal research verifies).Trishm (talk) 11:58, 28 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Here Comes the Sun Connection?

[edit]

I believe that I noticed from the first spin the similarity in the title lyric "Here Comes the Sun" from that song, and the tag line "Here Comes the Sun King" from this song – not just lyrically but also musically. Any connection between these two songs, anybody? Shocking Blue (talk) 17:36, 25 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Personnel listing for Bee Gees version

[edit]

The primary version of the song is clearly the Beatles one, so a personnel listing is appropriate. There is no justification for a personnel listing for every cover version and I'd propose the Bee Gees personnel listing be deleted. BlackCab (TALK) 22:38, 30 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
